We're currently experiencing performances issues on our platform that results in slow trafic up to no service.
More information coming soon.
Our resilience infrastructure is being activated
We have identified and corrected the problem, and the nominal infrastructure will gradually be restored.
The platform remains under surveillance for the coming hours.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and we will keep on investigating the root cause of the failure so we can take appropriate measures.
We have strengthen our scaling policy for the affected endpoints and., performances are stable since our last actions.
We are currently experiencing a degradation of performances on some of our backend services, affecting a limited number of end-users.
Our team is working to identify the root cause and fix the issue. Users may be experiencing difficulties to authenticate on the service and therefore poor performances and/or limited internet access.
We'll be updating this issue as we know more.
Issue appears to have been lying in a cascade of events, a near-simultaneous release of our backend services and the release of the 3.2 version of our auth-agent.
In some customers' network configurations, requests made by the agent to the health probe were denied, resulting in an strong increase of requests to one of our sso endpoints. Backends pods then encountered scaling issues.
While we addressed these scaling issues, we decided to roll back anyway our auth-agent to the previous version, effective since 3:30PM Paris-time.
Situation is now back to normal with nominal performance levels.
We will keep on monitoring the platform in the next hours.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience
